A Brilliant Solution

So I went to Morefield Mine on Saturday for a required field trip. Needless to say it was pretty awesome. Also needless to say, my feet got soaked. Forgetting about my socks, I threw them in my backpack. Well I found them last night, fermenting in there after only a day and a half. It smelled like something had died. So. Here I am in my dorm, and I have nowhere to put them, since anywhere they go, small puppies die. (Out of interest, this does not include our new puppy Mora because she is far from small even though she is only about 3 months old since she weighs close to 40 pounds by now).

Then I got a brilliant idea. I put them in my window sill, between the screen outside and the lip where it shuts on the inside. That way, they 1) Don't smell up my room, 2) Possibly get aired out and 3) Are visible from the ground floor of my dorm, since they are bright green with spiderwebs on them.

I rule so much!
